1. Stand up straight and tall
2. Lift your left knee off the ground and slowly count to 30
Keep your foot level with your hip
Stop the first time you have to put your foot down or
wave your arms to balance. (Don’t cheat!)
3. Repeat on the other side.

Your posture is HOW you balance your body.
