What Affects Posture?
Your posture depends on three factors: balance, alignment and motion.
- BALANCE: If your posture isn't balanced, you fall down.
- ALIGNMENT: If it is poorly aligned, there is mechanical stress, wear, joint stress and even pressure on nerves reduced circulation. The result over time: Posture degeneration and "old posture".
- MOTION: You must move it to use it. Muscles weaken and joints stiffen unless we keep moving.

If you live with your body folded, your body will learn what you teach it and you will stand, move and feel old far before your time.
Posture exercises and StrongPostureâ„¢ daily habits strengthen alignment, balance and motion as we sit, stand and do everyday activities to move well, feel well and age well.
